You can now browse artists by genre. To do this, visit the 'browse' page and click 'by genre.' You will see a box containing a selection for genres. Use this to select genres/sub-genres and click 'include.' The artists list will now show artists whose genre matches one of the genres in the 'include' list.
A note to artists: it helps people to find out about you if you choose some genres on your artist control panel.
The 'charts' link on the navigation bar now links to something: a list of the most downloaded files in the last 7 days. This is only an initial version of this page and will be improved with time. Meanwhile, you can suggest improvements to the download charts page here.
A final note: The terms of service have been added to the site. This is only an initial draft and may very well be subject to change. If anyone is able to make any suggestions to improve these terms, please make them known here.
